I feel bad for the troops, being expected to fill an impossible mission for questionable reasons. Recently a guy in my ward left for deployment in Iraq – I have admired him and his family since I’ve known them – they moved here a few years ago. But now I just feel sad when I think about it. It’s almost like the oil companies (who recently had their hand in Iraqi legislation regarding Iraqi oil revenues) are just using our troops to ….. well, you see where I’m going with this. Hard to not feel discouraged.
